Navigating and Using Social Media
KSA provides basic explanation and suggestions for children to create a positive digital footprint. This course introduces some of the major social media platforms, including advice on how to keep information private and confidential. In addition, Kid Social Academy depicts real life scenarios in an animated, kid friendly format. We encourage positive communication habits and parent/ guardian involvement.
Your Instructor
At Kid Social Academy, we recognize the importance of every stage leading up to and in the midst of a social media presence. For the first time in history, our methods of communication have become extremely invasive. Without proper guidance, education, and/ or intervention, what we allow our children to post today may stand in the way of what they can achieve tomorrow.
Our intention is not to instill fear, but to facilitate and support educated decisions. While we highlight the realities of Social Media, we are also teaching children how to use it consciously- in a fun, responsible, and compassionate manner.
